The Taguchi Art Collection consists of approximately 450 works of contemporary art (as of June 2018) from around the world, collected by the businessman Hiroshi Taguchi.
The collection does not own a dedicated venue; instead, it responds to loan requests from museums and other institutions nationwide, holding exhibitions across the country. I visited the exhibition at the Hiratsuka City Museum of Art, held from April to June 2018.

Like a Billboard chart of music, the lineup was diverse and full of variety — leaving a strong impression of the diversity of contemporary art.
