I visited the solo exhibition of Kei Imazu at the gallery YAMAMOTO GENDAI in Tennozu Isle, Tokyo.
The exhibition is titled “Measuring Invisible Distance.”

Kei Imazu’s method of production is distinctive. She gathers images she has collected herself along with countless images scattered across the internet, loads them onto a computer, layers and combines them, finalizes the composition using computer graphics (CG), and then repaints the image once again in oil on canvas.
