Mayuka Yamamoto “Exhibition of Animal Boys”
I visited Mayuka Yamamoto’s solo exhibition “Exhibition of Animal Boys,” held at Gallery Tsubaki.
The artist is well known for her works of boys wearing animal-shaped headgear, and she appears to have a strong following overseas as well. Even though I visited about a week after the exhibition opened, the works were already covered with red-dot stickers.
Merchandise was on sale as well.
