[Middle Period] The Shape of Evolution — “Painting・Movement (Rough Dimension)” @ Yotsuya Mikakunin Studio

I visited the middle period of “Painting・Movement (Rough Dimension),” held in three periods at Mikakunin Studio.

You can see the earlier period here.

“Painting・Movement (Rough Dimension),” Middle Period

When you enter the venue, the first thing you immediately notice as different from the earlier period is that the layout has changed, and something like a passageway had been created.

Also, on a mural object that wasn’t there last time, a picture resembling a high-school girl had been painted.

Overall the works also seemed to have been brushed up, and I got the impression that each artist’s production had taken shape dramatically over the two weeks.

There were points consciously changed from the previous exhibition, and I sensed an intention to stage the differences.
What was fun was that the venue map handed to visitors led to the act of searching out the works, containing a “treasure hunt” element like Dragon Quest. Some works were displayed in unexpected places, making it an enjoyable project.

I look forward to what kind of venue it will be in the later period.
