Viewing Room
Having heard that a show by Chiharu Shiota and Nami Yokoyama was on view, I visited KENJI TAKI GALLERY.

This gallery also has a location in Nagoya, running spaces at two sites.

Chiharu Shiota
Chiharu Shiota has a track record with the gallery, including a solo exhibition here in 2006.
For this presentation, she showed drawings alongside three-dimensional works using her signature thread technique.

Nami Yokoyama
Nami Yokoyama, known for her Neon series, showed a size-50 canvas from the same series alongside charcoal drawings.
The Neon series is highly sought after, and it seems increasingly difficult to acquire.

KENJI TAKI GALLERY (Tokyo) is located in an area not typically associated with galleries, but it sits about a five-minute walk from Tokyo Opera City.
Combining a visit with a trip to Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery would be a good option.
