Collectors’ Collective Vol.1 has ended.
The “buyable” art collectors’ exhibition “Collectors’ Collective” has ended successfully!
Thank you to everyone who came, to all the participating artists, to the many galleries that cooperated, and to Mr. Takano of MEDEL who provided the venue. Our sincere gratitude to all of you.
Being actually involved in an event like this let me see a landscape different from the viewer’s perspective. As an organiser, unexpected things happened, and I learned a great deal. There was so much to absorb.
The talk event also had standing-room-only attendance and finished without incident.
There were many moments where words fell short and I feel plenty of regret, but I am glad we held it.
The most enjoyable part was meeting collectors with whom I had had no connection until then.
Collectors’ Collective is scheduled to hold its second edition in July 2020.
It will be a Collectors’ Collective with a different lineup of collectors from this time.
