exonemo is an art unit formed by Kensuke Sembo and Yae Akaiwa.
Since forming in 1996, they have been on the front lines of internet art for many years, continuing to create works that approach the relationship between technologies such as the internet and computers and the analog elements that make up reality.
This exhibition is composed of many new works in addition to their representative pieces to date.

A large-scale retrospective of exonemo will open this summer at the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum (dates: August 18 – October 11). Something to look forward to!
