TBS drama “The Full-Time Wife Escapist”
“The Full-Time Wife Escapist,” a TBS drama broadcast in the fall of 2016. Thanks to its massive hit, the final episode boasted a viewership rating of 20.8% (Kanto region), making it a hugely popular drama. In particular, the ending song “Koi” by Gen Hoshino became a huge hit.
Then in the spring of 2020, the ending of the special rebroadcast “The Full-Time Wife Escapist: Muzukyun Special Edition,” reformatted amid the COVID-19 pandemic, included scenes of each cast member dancing the Koi Dance from home.
The scene that particularly caught our attention was Yuriko Ishida’s.
Several artworks could be seen displayed in her home.
Kentaro Tanaka
The work in her collection turned out to be by Kentaro Tanaka.
You can see on Yuriko Ishida’s Instagram post that she acquired it at his solo exhibition at the Kuramae gallery “Suisai.”
Takashi Homma
She also mentioned that she collected a large-scale photographic work by Takashi Homma at TARO NASU.
It seems she also collects photographic works.
Naoko Saito
Unfortunately, a painting by the young artist Naoko Saito was acquired by another collector.
A familiar scene for collectors.
Kasumi Ochi
It seems she is also interested in sculptural works like those of Kasumi Ochi.
Her interests appear to span a wide range of genres.
Sakurako Ikuhira
Sakurako Ikuhira is a young artist, but Ishida reportedly acquired two of her works at the same time.
