Kotao Tomozawa “Pomme d’amour”
We visited “Pomme d’amour,” a solo exhibition by Kotao Tomozawa. The venue is mograg gallery.
The exhibition title “Pomme d’amour” is said to mean “delicious candy apple.”
Hand-printed posters produced through “L.B.B.,” a regular collaborative project between silkscreen artist HARO WORKSHOP and mograg gallery, were printed in red to play off the exhibition title.
We are told that every work sold out early on the opening day.
Still a current student at Tokyo University of the Arts, she is an emerging artist whose growth we can look forward to.
