Suzuka Toyoda “Catch a Glimpse”
We visited Suzuka Toyoda’s solo exhibition “Catch a Glimpse.”
The venue is WAITINGROOM, a gallery in Edogawabashi.
Born in 1996, Suzuka Toyoda is a young artist who has just completed her studies at Tokyo University of the Arts in 2021.
Although her exhibition history is short, she is a popular artist who has attracted the attention of discerning collectors.
This exhibition is her first solo show since completing her degree.
Toyoda reportedly kept painting right up until the morning of the opening day, and each of her works seems to unfold a mysterious story of its own, offering a viewing experience of remarkable depth.
