TIDE “BLOOM”
I visited TIDE’s solo exhibition “BLOOM.” The venue was The Mass in Harajuku.

This was TIDE’s second solo exhibition, held roughly a year after the previous one.

As in the previous solo exhibition, this show featured works using the cat motif from the “CAT” series that the artist has been developing since 2019, alongside striking works based on the “flower” motif suggested by the show’s title, BLOOM.












The paintings were carefully and superbly executed in acrylic and spray.
The exhibition space, meanwhile, was staged with an installation-like sensibility that added considerably to a very pleasant viewing experience.
