Kalbsbratwurst — “kalb” means calf and “bratwurst” means sausage, so it’s a veal sausage.

A pop-up shop that appeared right in front of Messe Basel, the Art Basel venue.

Set up to coincide with the event

English is understood

With bread, one for 8.5 Swiss francs — about 1,500 yen. *1 CHF = 176 yen (rate during my stay)

Ketchup and mustard are self-serve.

Pairs perfectly with beer. And the mustard here is really delicious.
