This is Yoshii, staff at biscuit gallery karuizawa.
This time, I’d like to introduce “bistro bird / Charcoal-grilled yakitori bird,” a restaurant near Naka-Karuizawa Station.
Luckily I was able to reserve for dinner, so I could enjoy the meal.

This shop serves bistro cuisine Sunday through Thursday, and charcoal-grilled yakitori on Friday and Saturday.
Since I visited on a Thursday, this time I enjoyed the bistro.

The cozy interior was bustling with many customers.
The menu had delicious-looking dishes lined up, and I wanted to order every one of them.
The dishes I had this time are as follows.
Seared red squid and cauliflower carpaccio
Marinated grilled eggplant and prosciutto
Onion rings with BBQ sauce
Confit of gizzard and garlic
Everyone’s favorite meatballs
Teriyaki foie gras and cheese risotto
Crème brûlée and coffee set
There are about 15 seats, so reservations are essential.
Among what I had this time, the “seared red squid and cauliflower carpaccio” was to my taste.
Every dish was delicious, and it became a very satisfying dinner!
