Hello, everyone!
This is Yoshii, staff at biscuit gallery karuizawa.
This time, I’d like to introduce “pâtisserie m.koide,” located on the first floor of our facility, still.
It just opened on Sunday, November 17, and is set up immediately to the left of the still entrance.
I’d be delighted if this post becomes an occasion for you to visit.

The exterior of the shop. You can view the in-store showcase through the large windows.
This shop handles fresh confections such as cakes and mousses, and baked sweets such as cookies.
They mainly hand over pre-ordered items, but they also sell fresh confections and baked sweets from the showcase in the shop.
Reservations are accepted via their website or by phone.

Fresh confections in the showcase. Ones using seasonal fruits are lined up.

Fresh confections in the showcase, 2. The recommendation is the ones using mousse.

Baked sweets. They’re displayed one at a time, but you can also buy several.

Baked sweets 2. Ones using dried fruit are lined up.
This time, I had the “Pomme au Fromage” and the “Macchiato.”
As its name (pomme) suggests, the sweetness of apple stood out in the “Pomme au Fromage.” With the fluffiness of the fromage mousse and the crunch of the nuts at the bottom, I could also enjoy the texture.
The “Macchiato” had an exquisite balance between the slight bitterness of espresso and the sweetness of caramel. The mousse had a nice mouthfeel, and I ate it up in no time.
It made me want to try the other sweets too!
