[Karuizawa Area Gourmet] Koraku

Just by Church Street in Kyu-Karuizawa Ginza is the yakiniku restaurant “Koraku.”
I’d been hearing good things about it for a while, so I finally stopped by.

Lunchtime on a Monday — yakiniku from midday.

Here’s the menu — this place offers great value for money.

Garland chrysanthemum (shungiku) salad. Karuizawa vegetables have a deep, full flavor — delicious.

Beef offal grilled with gochujang — delicious.

Shoyu (soy sauce) ramen. Outstanding value at ¥670 — the hand-made noodles and the broth are both excellent.

What a delicious meal.
